Z-CoiL Customer Satisfaction Policy
To assure you of the fatigue and
pain relief that Z-CoiL® Pain Relief
Footwear™ is famous for, we
offer you a fourteen
(14) day customer satisfaction period. If any problems
develop, we can often modify the fit so your
Z-CoiL®
Pain Relief Footwear™ is comfortable. You may
return for free adjustments or
repairs (at any time). Beyond
the 14 day customer satisfaction period, ad-
justments
will be made, free
of charge, for
the
life of the shoe.
If within 14 days of
purchase, the fit cannot be adjusted
to
your satisfaction, the footwear may be returned, if in
a
“clean & saleable” condition, (excessive wear is not
considered "saleable condition"), with a
completed "Customer
Product Return Survey",
together
with all of the custom fitted inserts, per shoe, in the
original box, accompanied
with your
invoice (proof of purchase), for a
refund. No
shoes will
be accepted for return which have been
subjected to excessive wear
or after 14 days. No Exceptions.
All shoes returned within the 14 day
authorized
return period will be charged a
restocking; reconditioning; fitting
fee of 20% of the price of the
particular style of footwear to be returned, for every pair
of footwear returned.
If any
shoe is returned without the custom fitted inserts, the return
fee will be 50% of the list price of the particular
style
of footwear to be returned. Shoes may not be returned without
their original box. No shoe is returnable if the
box is not in new condition or has been marred, taped or in any way
affected by any condition rendering it unusable.
There is never
a
charge for adjustment that are made to any Z-CoiL footwear,
however,
a
minimum charge of $1.50
"materials fee" may be made, if such materials
are needed. Any
footwear
that is dropped off or left at the store, beyond
the 14 day
period, will be considered
abandoned. Any such
footwear may be disposed of in any way, as seen fit, at the
sole
discretion of the management. All shoes intended to
be
returned, must be brought into the store by the person who
purchased
the shoe. Any shoe that is mailed or delivered by
courier will be refused delivery and returned to the sender.
Cash purchases will be
issued a check, by US
mail, within 30 days. Check purchases will be issued
a check, by US mail,
within 30 days after your
check has cleared our bank. Request for shoe exchanges, may be
accommodated, (but not
guaranteed), if the shoe is in
a saleable condition (must be be in new condition, showing no wear), as
determined by
the management. Otherwise,
the shoe will be treated as a return, if so desired.
If a shoe is in a condition to
be
considered for an exchange, an exchange may be made, within 5 days
of
purchase for a different size or style with a
charge of 15% of the list
price of the particular style of footwear, to be exchanged,
in consideration of fitting the
new pair
of shoes. Shoes will not be exchanged after 5 days. No Exceptions.
The sale of enclosed coils is final with no
return, refund or exchange.

90-Day
Workmanship Warranty
If
a manufacturer’s defect or
material
failure occurs to the footwear within 90 days of purchase, (except for
the
rubber on the coil), the footwear
will be repaired or replaced, absolutely free of charge, to
the original
purchaser,
at the sole discretion of the management of Z-CoiL,
Torrance.
Coil
Breakage
The
coil is guaranteed not to break. If
the coil should break,
at any time, for the life of the shoe, any Z-CoiL store will
replace the coil
absolutely free of charge. Shipping
charges to Albuquerque, NM will apply. Bring the entire broken coil
(with all of
the parts,
together with both shoes), to the store. An eight dollar ($8.75,
per open coil) shipping charge will
apply to ship the coils to Albuquerque,
NM. Free replacement not applicable if coil is
worn through the rubber.
Please
note: On the top of the coil, there is a stabilizing pin. This pin prevents the coil from
rotating. Broken stabilizing
pins
are not covered as a "broken coil". Stabilizing pins do not
usually break on their own. A broken
stabilizing pin is
usually evidence that a shoe has been worn while the
coil is
loose. Z-CoiL shoes are not designedto be worn, nor should they
be
worn
while the coil is loose. If at anytime the coil becomes
loose, lift up the insole located inside the shoe and tighten the
screw
with a Phillips screwdriver or come to the store (or any other
Z-CoiL
store) and have the screw tightened for you.
Rubber Heel Separation
If,
at any time, the rubber heel on
the coil comes loose from the coil, we will, if possible, re-glue it
(within the 90 day period). There is
no warranty on
the
rubber sole itself. If, at any
time, the rubber heel on the coil wears out, it is the responsibility
of the
customer, as is
with any other brand of shoe. The rubber heels are
part of
the coil assembly. The coil assembly is
available for $44.99, a pair, plus tax.
HEAT
DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. Do not leave your
shoes in a locked car.
