Rewards Club Requirements

The Rewards Club is our way of thanking Z-CoiL^® Footwear owners for referring “first time purchasers” (who reside in the Southern California area) which result in the purchase of a pair of Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear from Z-CoiL, Torrance, in accordance with the rules published below. 

Rewards Club Rules:  Sign up for the e-ZNews Bulletin with a valid e-mail address.  Refer a “new customer” (who resides in the Southern California area) who purchases a pair of Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear, for the first time, from Z-CoiL Torraance and receive a "Credit".  Each referral credit will be redeemable towards the purchase of another pair of Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear, at the rate of $10.00 a credit.  "Referral credits" for new customers who live out of state and who are visiting in the area (including California referrals who are not within driving distance of Z-CoiL, Torrance), will be given a $2.00 credit towards the purchase of another pair of Z-CoiL footwear.  The purchase of two or more Z-CoiL Pain Relief Footwear, by any one individual and/or by several members of the same household, will qualify as one (1) ten dollar credit.  A purchase by one’s spouse or other member of his or her household does not qualify as a “new purchaser” for this promotion, but he/she will be given a $2.00 credit towards the purchase of another pair of Z-CoiL footwear.  Rewards Club credits may not be redeemed until 10 days after the purchase by the new customer.  In any case where two or more “referring customers” are claiming credit for the same referral, the new customer will be the tiebreaker in determining who will actually be awarded the referral credit.  Credits are non-transferable.  Rewards Club credits have no cash value.  As a Rewards Club participant,  I further understand and agree that I will periodically receive an e-mail report of the number of credits that have been credited to my account.  By participating in the Rewards Program, I also agree to receive periodic e-ZNews Bulletins, footwear updates, new product availability and/or special offers, by e-mail.  No "Credits" will be awarded for returned shoes.  This promotion cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion.  The requirements of the Rewards Club offer may be changed and/or is revocable, at any time, without notice, at the sole discretion of Aubry’s Enterprises, Inc., dba as Z-CoiL, Torrance.  Not responsible for typographical errors.                                                                                                                                                                                        Revised  10/2/07
