Aubry's Therapeutic Footwear Customer Satisfaction Policy

If a manufacturer’s defect or material failure occurs to the footwear within 90 days of purchase, (except for the rubber
on the coil), the footwear will be repaired or replaced, absolutely free of charge, to the original purchaser, at the sole
discretion of Aubry’s Therapeutic Footwear.

30 Day Customer Satisfaction Policy: To assure you of the fatigue and pain relief that Z-CoiL® Pain Relief Footwear™
is famous for, we offer you a thirty (30) day customer satisfaction period. Wear your Z-CoiL®s for 30 days to verify the fit. If any
problems develop, we can often modify the fit so your Z-CoiL® Pain Relief Footwear™ is comfortable.

You may return for free adjustments, repairs, or for an exchange of another style (of equal value, within 30 days).

Beyond the 30 day customer satisfaction period, adjustments will be made, free of charge, for the life of the shoe.

If the fit cannot be adjusted to your satisfaction, the footwear may be returned, if in a “saleable” condition,
in the original box, accompanied with your invoice (proof of purchase), within 30 days for a refund.
No shoes will be accepted for exchange or return after 30 days. No Exceptions. All shoes returned within
the 30 day authorized return period will be charged a restocking; reconditioning; fitting fee of 20% of the price of the
footwear, for every pair of footwear returned. An additional charge of $15.00 will be applied to all shoes returned
without their original box. Any footwear that is dropped off or left at the store, beyond the 30 day period,
will be considered abandoned. Any such footwear may be disposed of in any way, as seen fit,
by the management. Cash purchases will be issued a check, by US mail, within 30 days. Check
purchases will be issued a check, by US mail, within 30 days after your check has cleared our bank.
